VALA Diamond Awards
Do you know someone who stands out in the assisted living industry? Have they demonstrated outstanding leadership through their dedication to the assisted living industry, to their staff, and to the residents and families they serve? If so, please help us recognize them by nominating them for the VALA DIAMOND AWARDS! The annual Diamond Award Presentation will be held as part of the Virginia Assisted Living Fall Conference.
- Assisted Living Administrator of the Year Award - recognizes assisted living administrators who have demonstrated outstanding leadership through their dedication to the assisted living industry, to their staff, and to the residents and families they serve.
- Assisted Living Caregiver Award - recognizes individuals who have provided outstanding residential care in assisted living through their services to residents and their family members.
- Assisted Living Support Staff of the Year Award - recognizes individuals who have provided outstanding support in assisted living through their services to residents and their family members.
- Assisted Living Best Practices Award - recognizes assisted living communities who create innovative programs or unique approaches to provide the best service possible to its residents, employees, guests, and local community.
- Senior Living Advocate of the Year Award - recognizes an individual or an organization that consistently advocates for Virginia’s seniors and the assisted living industry in partnership with VALA.
All nominations for the Virginia Assisted Living Diamond Awards must be received at the VALA office by May 15 of the year for consideration.
