The Residential Homes Committee, established by the Virginia Assisted Living Association (VALA), is designed to bring together assisted living providers serving 16 or fewer residents. This committee offers a dedicated space for smaller residential communities to connect with peers, share insights, and discuss the unique challenges and opportunities they face. By fostering collaboration and open dialogue, the committee aims to elevate the voices of smaller providers and identify key issues and initiatives for VALA to address in support of this vital segment of the assisted living community.
