VALA Membership Meeting

In compliance with the Bylaws of the Virginia Assisted Living Association, Inc. (VALA), a General Membership meeting of the association will be held during the Virginia Assisted Living Fall Conference. All VALA members are invited to attend the Annual Membership Meeting. The General Membership Meeting is held to share important updates regarding VALA operations and priorities and to elect VALA Board of Trustees representatives.

VALA General Membership Meeting Notice: The next VALA General Membership Meeting is scheduled for December 9, 2020 to be held during the Leadership Luncheon of the Virginia Assisted Living Fall Conference that will be held at the Newport News Marriott at City Center (740 Town Center Drive, Newport News, VA 23606).

VALA Board of Trustees Election Notice: The below candidates have been selected by the VALA Nominations & Elections Committee and the VALA Board of Trustees and are recommended to be elected to the VALA Board of Trustees. The candidates are being recommended for vacant positions of the VALA Board and are unopposed. Each candidate is to be considered individually and not against each other. The initial terms of each candidate will be January 1, 2021 - December 31, 2022.
