"Infection Control Lessons Learned from COVID Surface Testing"

COVID-19 has brought to the forefront of everyone’s mind the need for strong infection control measures to keep residents and staff safe within long term care.  Over the past year, facilities have standardized and increased many protocols, such as cleaning and PPE use, as well as implementing new tools, such as bringing in new disinfectants and using contact tracing. Enviral Tech has led the charge to use testing within buildings as a way to gain visibility into the spread of viruses and the effectiveness of our new infection control protocols.  In this presentation, we will discuss the lessons learned from Enviral Tech’s testing data, collected from more than 50,000 surfaces across the United States.

Special Guest Presenter: Shula Jaron

Shula Jaron, Enviral Tech CEO and Co-Founder, is passionate about the health and welfare of aging populations and helped launch Enviral Tech with the sole purpose of protecting vulnerable communities, particularly those in long-term care and residential nursing facilities, against potentially deadly viruses.
She holds a PhD in Biochemistry from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and has worked in the biotech industry for close to 20 years.
