The VALA Nominations & Elections Committee will consider applications received for individuals to serve on the VALA Board of Trustees. The Nominations & Elections Committee will establish a slate of Trustees, as defined in these Bylaws, which will be voted on by the Committee, the Board, and the membership if appropriate.
